1. Site Owner and scope of application
The website www.madefurglam.com (hereinafter, the “Site”) is managed by Maison Amelie Srl, with registered office in Monza (MB), Via Cernuschi no. 6, VAT number 14459420965 (hereinafter, the “Owner”).
These Terms of Use (hereinafter, the “TOU”) govern the access and use of the Site by any user (hereinafter, the “User”).
Accessing and browsing the Site implies full acceptance of these TOU. Should the User not wish to accept them, they are required to refrain from using the Site.
The use of the Site for commercial, resale, or non-personal purposes is expressly prohibited.
2. Permitted use of the Site
2.1 The User agrees to use the Site in compliance with the law, public order, and these TOU, refraining from:
- Any conduct that could damage, disable, overload, or compromise the Site or its servers;
- Any attempt at unauthorized access to systems or networks connected to the Site;
- Sending illegal, defamatory, offensive, misleading content, or content that infringes upon the rights of third parties;

2.2 The Owner reserves the right to suspend or block access to the Site to any User who violates these TOU, without obligation of prior notice and without incurring any liability towards the User.
3. Site availability and maintenance
3.1 The Owner strives to ensure the continuous availability of the Site, but offers no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, or force majeure.
3.2 The Owner reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it, even permanently, at any time and without notice, without this entailing any right to compensation in favor of the User.
4. Links to third-party sites
4.1 The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. Such links are provided for informational purposes only; the Owner exercises no control over third-party sites, does not endorse their content, and assumes no responsibility in relation to them.
4.2 Access to third-party sites is at the User’s exclusive risk.
5. Exclusion and limitation of liability

6.3 The Owner reserves the right to suspend or delete the User’s account in the event of violation of these TOU, fraudulent conduct, or prolonged inactivity, by notifying the User via email.
7. Privacy and personal data processing
7.1 The processing of Users’ personal data is governed by the Maison Amelie Privacy Policy, available on the Site, and by the Cookie Policy. For any information regarding the processing of personal data, the User may contact the Owner at info@madefurglam.com.
8. Amendments to the Terms of Use
8.1 The Owner reserves the right to amend these TOU at any time, providing notification by publishing the updated version on the Site with an indication of the update date.
8.2 Use of the Site following the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new TOU. Users are recommended to periodically check the current version.
9. Applicable law and competent court
9.1 These TOU are governed by Italian law.
9.2 For any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these TOU, the Court of Monza (MB) shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any different mandatory venue provided for by law, including, where applicable, the consumer’s venue and any other mandatory protections granted by current regulations.
