1. Data Controller
Maison Amelie Srl, with registered office in Monza (MB), Via Cernuschi no. 6, VAT ID 14459420965.
2. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites save on the user's device while browsing. They allow the site to recognize the device and store certain information about preferences or actions performed.
3. Types of cookies used
3.1 Technical cookies (no consent required)
Necessary for the operation of the Site and the provision of the service requested by the user. They cannot be disabled without compromising navigation. They include session/navigation cookies and functional cookies.
3.2 Profiling and marketing cookies (consent required)
Used to track the user's browsing in order to create profiles and send personalized advertising messages. They may be installed by the Controller or by third parties. Their use is subject to the user's prior express consent.
3.3 Third-party cookies
The Site may include third-party components that install cookies independently. The Controller has no direct control over such cookies; for information, please refer to the respective third-party privacy policies (see Art. 5).
4. How we collect consent
Upon first accessing the Site, a cookie banner compliant with the Guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority of June 10, 2021, is displayed, containing:
- Brief information on the categories of cookies used;
- “Accept all” button to provide consent for all categories;
- “Reject all” button to continue browsing with only technical cookies;
- “Manage preferences” link to make granular choices by category.
The consent provided is recorded and will not be requested again unless: (i) the conditions of the processing or the third parties involved change significantly; (ii) the Controller is unable to technically verify the user's previous choice.
Refusing consent for non-technical cookies does not prevent you from browsing the Site or making purchases, but it may limit some features (e.g., personalized advertising).
5. List of cookies used
The technical analysis of the Site was carried out on October 4, 2026. The cookies actually present may vary based on the functions used by the user, the preferences expressed in the banner, and updates to Shopify and Brevo services.

Disabling technical cookies via the browser may compromise the proper functioning of the Site.
